What are the delivery options?

What carrier do you use to ship your orders?

Hilario'Art products are delivered throughout France, and the rest of the world with the exception of certain countries.

Delivery in metropolitan France is made by Colissimo regardless of the delivery option chosen. Colissimo delivers parcels from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Please select a delivery address where you will be present at the time of delivery. If you are not available to receive your package during the first delivery attempt, your order will be delivered to a LaPoste relay point and the tracking will be updated with these details.

Alternatively, you can choose to have your parcel delivered to a LaPoste post office to collect it at your convenience; simply select this option at checkout. Your shipping confirmation email will include a Colissimo parcel delivery QR-Code that you will need to collect your items.

Orders for certain European countries will be shipped by Chronopost within 24 to 48 hours following the order date.

Delivery times are subject to product availability and receipt of payment. Actual delivery times may vary depending on geographic area.

You will need to provide a phone number on the shipping page during checkout, which is important if the carrier needs additional information to ensure delivery. You will also be asked to provide an email address to which we will send a confirmation of your order.

 

Express delivery in France

Free Colissimo delivery within 1 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. and Saturday between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m.) except Corsica delivered in 4 to 6 working days.

Delivery to Europe

Free Chronopost delivery within 2 to 5 working days from Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.

Express delivery rest of Europe

DHL Express delivery within 2 to 5 working days from Monday to Saturday between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.

International express delivery

DHL Express delivery within 2 to 5 working days from Monday to Saturday between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.

If your order includes multiple products, the delivery may reach you in multiple shipments and tracking numbers. You will receive multiple invoices corresponding to each shipment.

We kindly ask you to have your identity card ready, our carrier will ask you for it and will take note of the last three digits of the identification number. This data will be used in order to be able to prove the delivery, in accordance with the data protection legislation.

Our rates include shipping and packaging costs. Please note, however, that they do not include any customs fees that may apply to your destination country.

Delivery to Coligny Car Museum (Click & Collect)

This service is offered and available only with the Coligny Car Museum (CAR DE TOUR).

Delivery within 2 working days if the painting is not in stock on site (Wednesday to Sunday).
 You have 30 days to collect your order from the museum from the date of receipt. After this period, it will be automatically cancelled and a refund will be made.

When removing the work:

  • Present the email or SMS, a valid ID.
  • The museum reserves the right to verify the payment card used to pay for the order.
  • The purchased item will be delivered to the customer upon verbal agreement.


No third party can come and collect the item on your behalf if they do not have a power of attorney letter, your ID, their own ID and the email or text message confirming the right to collect the order.

The museum may make copies of all of these items in order to ensure your security and prevent any fraudulent use of your identity and/or your means of payment.

Other information relating to your order:
If your order includes several products, it may be sent later. We recommend that you come and collect your order once it has been prepared (collection preparation time: less than 30 minutes) in its entirety.
