Our policy lasts 15 days of delivery. If more than 15 days of delivery without having to justify yourself have elapsed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

In order to be returned, your item must be unused and in the condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to let you know that we have received the returned item. We'll also let you know if your refund is approved or declined.
If approved, your refund is processed and your original credit card or payment method is automatically credited within a few days.

Hilario Art cannot be held responsible for delays due to strikes or other events that prevent the normal delivery of products.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.

Exchange 
We will only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, send us an e-mail at contact@hilarioart.com and send your item to : 5 rue de la Fontaine, SAINT FARGEAU PONTHIERRY, Ile-De-France, 77310, France.

You are responsible for shipping costs related to the return of your item. They are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, the time taken to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued at more than €75, we recommend that you use a tracking service or have your shipment insured. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
